All live games are broadcast openly so every participant can watch the action unfold in real time. Once a game round begins, all sales for that round are locked in. Results are determined entirely by the randomizer during the live broadcast — we don't make adjustments after the fact. If you experience connection issues or platform outages on your end, we're not able to account for those.
Our packs are professionally sealed surprise products. Neither we nor the buyer knows which specific items are inside any given pack until it's opened on stream. To keep things transparent, we publish full checklists for every pack series online before purchases go live. Every possible item is listed — there are no hidden surprises, bonus tickets, or unrevealed contents. By purchasing, you understand and accept the random nature of sealed product.
Payments need to go through before the next round kicks off — you've got about a minute or two to sort it out. If your payment clears after a round has already started, that particular spin is considered missed. You're still welcome to jump in on future rounds, but any missed spins from payment delays need to be handled by you through a cancellation request in your order history. We're not able to process those on our side.
All purchases are final. We don't offer refunds, swaps, or store credit. This applies to every transaction on our platform. The only exception is if items arrive damaged due to our packaging or if something is confirmed missing from your order — in those cases, within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
We don't guarantee future coin values, grading outcomes, or investment returns. The numismatic market shifts based on collector interest and broader conditions — what something is worth today may change tomorrow. We publish checklists with item details, but we don't advertise floor values, ceiling values, or average pull values.
We want everyone to have a good time. Please keep live chat focused on the current stream. If you've got off-topic questions or need help with something specific, send us a DM and we'll handle it one-on-one. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior during a live broadcast can result in removal from the stream and cancellation of pending orders without refund. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
BidKDC and its team members are not liable for financial losses related to market changes, carrier delays or lost packages after confirmed delivery, payment gateway errors, streaming platform outages, or any indirect damages. Our responsibility ends once the product is confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier.
